Time Insight grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this agreement. You are specifically restricted from: modifying or copying the materials; using the materials for any commercial purpose or public display; attempting to reverse engineer any software; removing any copyright or proprietary notations.

Time Insight provides AI-powered productivity analytics and time tracking services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

By using our service, you grant Time Insight the right to collect and analyze work-related data during designated work hours. This data is used solely to provide productivity insights and improve our services. Personal data and sensitive information are never accessed or stored.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days' notice.

Time Insight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Time Insight operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
